These terms govern your use of the MyAfroScholars platform, whether you join as a student seeking a scholarship or as a sponsor funding one.

They cover account registration and eligibility, the accuracy of the information you submit, acceptable use of the platform, how scholarships are listed, awarded and disbursed, payment and refund handling, intellectual property, limitation of liability, and how these terms may be updated.

In short: you are responsible for the truthfulness of what you submit. Falsified transcripts, identity documents or financial-need declarations are grounds for removing an account and reversing an award. Sponsors are likewise responsible for honouring scholarships they have committed to fund.

MyAfroScholars acts as the platform connecting students and sponsors and handling disbursement. We are not the awarding institution for third-party scholarships listed on the platform, and admission decisions remain with the schools themselves.

MyAfroScholars is operated by Conde Consult Limited. Please read these terms alongside our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Continuing to use the platform after the terms change means you accept the updated version.
